Return Policy
Commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable as they were made especially for you and as per your specifications. If there is an issue with your commission order, I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.
Original painting items are non-refundable except for delivery damage issues.
Should there be an issue with your commission order and/or the purchase of your original painting, I must be contacted within a maximum of 15 days of the ship date. Contact me here.
If your message is related to delivery damage, please provide a clear picture(s) of the actual damage with your request. All return/refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
On the other hand, I will provide a full refund on commission orders (including shipping) if:
- I am unable to produce part or all of your order due to unforeseen circumstances,
- I will accept an order cancellation, in writing, as long as I have not yet started your actual order.
