Here is how it works:

• Select your original watercolour artwork(s) and send me an e-mail stating which one(s) using the “CONTACT ME” form.
• I will send you a PDF attachment of an agreement describing the terms and conditions of the payment installment plan. Please read the agreement.  If you agree to the terms and conditions, print the document, sign it, scan the signed copy and send it back to me.
• Once I have received your signed agreement, I will send you your first installment invoice to equal 25% of the total price of your chosen artwork.
• Upon receipt of your first payment, the original watercolour artwork will be taken off the market and will be reserve under your name.
• You will receive a monthly invoice with a link to send a payment for the amount due for that month. You have the choice of using the e-transfer or the PayPal payment method.
• You may pay the amount due or, if you want to get your original watercolour artwork sooner, you may make larger monthly payments.
• You pay no interest when you purchase an artwork through the payment instalment plan.
• When the original watercolour artwork is paid in full, you choose your preferred delivery method:
  • Personal delivery from me to your home (within 25km of my home)
  • Porch pick-up at my home.
  • Artwork will be shipped to you via Canada Post Parcel Service at your cost.

Cancellation:

If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made your first payment, you wish to cancel your agreement.  I will be happy to provide you with a refund as long as the criteria state below is met:

• An e-mail written request for cancellation MUST be sent to me not exceeding 10 calendar days after your first payment date.
• Failure to communication with me within the timeframe mentioned in the previous paragraph, a 25% fee (therefore your first monthly payment) will be non-refundable and will compensate for service fees and for having kept the artwork off the market.

Failure to make a payment and failure to communicate:

The payment plan agreement is a binding contract but I can be flexible.  I understand situations may rise that change your ability to pay.  If you run into unexpected circumstances and can not make a monthly payment, please let me know as quickly as possible by e-mail or contact me to discuss.

• If I received no payment or written communication form you for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default of this agreement and the payment plan will be terminated.

The reserved artwork will go back on the market and you will forfeit whatever payments
