Please read the agreement.\u00a0 If you agree to the terms and conditions, print the document, sign it, scan the signed copy and send it back to me.<\/li>\n<li>Once I have received your signed agreement, I will send you your first installment invoice to equal 25% of the total price of your chosen artwork.<\/li>\n<li>Upon receipt of your first payment, the original watercolour artwork will be taken off the market and will be reserve under your name.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a monthly invoice with a link to send a payment for the amount due for that month. You have the choice of using the e-transfer or the PayPal payment method.<\/li>\n<li>You may pay the amount due or, if you want to get your original watercolour artwork sooner, you may make larger monthly payments.<\/li>\n<li>You pay no interest when you purchase an artwork through the payment instalment plan.<\/li>\n<li>When the original watercolour artwork is paid in full, you choose your preferred delivery method:\n<ul>\n<li>Personal delivery from me to your home (within 25km of my home)<\/li>\n<li>Porch pick-up at my home.<\/li>\n<li>Artwork will be shipped to you via Canada Post Parcel Service at your cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.2&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;7px|||||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; ul_line_height=&#8221;1.6em&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made your first payment, you wish to cancel your agreement<strong>.\u00a0 I will be happy to provide you with a refund as long as the criteria state below is met:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An e-mail\u00a0<strong>written request for cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0MUST be sent to me not\u00a0<strong>exceeding 10 calendar days after your first payment date.<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Failure to communication<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0with me within the timeframe mentioned in the previous paragraph, a 25% fee (therefore your first monthly payment)\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">will be non-refundable<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">and will compensate for service fees and for having kept the artwork off the market.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=&#8221;on&#8221;
